• All orders are for in-person pickup only. We do not offer delivery or shipping.
• Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if products become unavailable.
• Prices are listed on the website and may change between bake days.
• Orders must be picked up during the designated pickup window. Unclaimed orders may not be held beyond the pickup period.

3. Payment

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo.
• Online card payments are processed securely through Square. We never store your card details.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if there is an issue with your order.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional and, if you opt in, promotional text messages from The Daily Starter. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• Message types: Order confirmations, bake day announcements, and promotional offers
• Message frequency: Varies based on bake schedule and your notification preferences
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
• Opt-out: Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages
• Help: Text HELP for assistance
• Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
