Fresh Bread from Your Neighborhood Baker
Welcome! I'm Sarah, the baker and heart behind this cottage bakery. What started as a personal passion has grown into a small bakery where I offer naturally leavened sourdough and other handcrafted baked goods. On select weeks, I also offer fresh microgreens. Another way I provide nourishing, locally grown food to my community. Whether you're a regular or buying a loaf for the first time, I'm so glad you're here. I truly enjoy connecting with my community and putting food on your table. Thank you for your support!

Exact address is provided after ordering but pickup is near Lilly and Capital Rd in Brookfield.
Pickup is usually between 3-6pm. Please try your best to pick up at the designated time.
I offer carside to go pickup to make picking up bread quick and easy for you! Just call/text
when you arrive and I'll bring orders out to your car.
Store in an airtight container/bag at room temp. Best if enjoyed within about 3 days.
Pizza crusts are best enjoyed the same day or frozen for future use. Sourdough freezes
well and should be frozen if you do not plan on finishing within a few days.
To freeze sourdough, place whole or sliced bread in a freezer bag. Bread can also be wrapped in saran wrap first to provide extra protection against freezer burn. Use within about 3 months. Remove and thaw at room temp when ready to eat.

Bread comes out of the oven crispy but will naturally soften with time.
If you want a crispy crust you can refresh it! Run the whole/uncut loaf under water
for a few seconds or spray with water to fully moisten crust and then place in a
350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
This is especially great to do when you have a focaccia. Just spray with water instead of running under water. Results in a warm and crispy bread!

Credit card/debit cards, cash, and most mobile payment methods are accepted.
Pre-payment is preferred but payment can also be made with cash or Venmo when you pick up.
All baked goods are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts,
and other common allergens. While I take care to clean and sanitize between bakes and when
working with different ingredients, I cannot guarantee that any item is completely free
from cross-contact with allergens.
Yes as long as it works with my schedule. Feel free to reach out with special orders!
